Luisa Nodari is the passionate and very talented Pastry Chef behind Luisa’s Sweet Creations. Luisa began her career in South Africa, training at the PrueLeith Culinary Institute. She then moved to Italy, working for 10 years as a Pastry Chef in Bergamo’s finest patisseries. A move to Australia followed, where Luisa continued to work in a number of esteemed restaurants and cafes, including the very popular Wild Canary Cafe in Pullenvale.
Luisa’s Sweet Creations is based in the leafy suburb of Moggill, just outside of Brisbane, Australia. Luisa’s has been in operation for over 10 years, beginning in the Atherton Tablelands before relocating to Brisbane.
Luisa is well known for her incredibly detailed sugar cake toppers, and was recognised as a ACADA 2021 Sugar Modelling Artist of the Year Finalist.
Not only does Luisa have a wealth of working experience, she was also raised in a family that celebrated cooking and good food. This allows her to share passion, love and good taste with other families to enrich their special occasions.
